Dr James Nelson: Vice President of R&D - Previously: 10 years, Manager, Technology Development, GlaxoSmithKline; Extensive experience and expertise in establishing advanced technology programs, leading interdisciplinary teams, leading technology collaborations, and developing technologies for the analysis of proteins from biological samples. 4 years Graduate Research Assistant, University of Illinois, IL; 7 years, US Marine Corps Reserve Sergeant (E5); PhD, Organic Chemistry, University of Illinois, IL, GPA: 4.59/5.0; Recipient of Research Excellence Award Glaxo Wellcome; Author of numerous publications on proteomics, bio-chemistry, and micro-fluidics.
Dr Jinlong Yin: Senior Engineer & Vice President of Operations – Joined Inanovate in 2006. Previously: 6 Years Research fellow, Nanoscale Physics Research Laboratory (NPRL), University of Birmingham (UK); Extensive experience and expertise in the development and understanding of unique and novel nano-scale surface properties. Specific experience and expertise on Inanovate’s core technology system. PhD - Material / Surface Science, The Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Science; MS – Physical Chemistry, Nankai University.
