Inanovate's protein biochip systems are split into four categories: Using proprietary nano-scale surface patterning technology, Inanovate has developed the leading surfaces in the world for handling and working with proteins. Inanovate's substrate platform, called the i-Slide™, leverages nano-scale surface structures alongside proprietary surface chemistry, to optimize protein immobilization and function. The i-Slide's performance has been validated to sensitivity levels as low as 0.02 pg/mL with accompanying CV values as low as 2%. These performance breakthroughs position the i-Slide as the world's premier surface for protein micro-array experiments. Inanovate is developing a low cost, disposable, diagnostic platform for the early detection and monitoring of cancer at the point of care, called the i-Screen.™ The i-Screen™ is being readied for entry into regulatory approval procedures in early 2009. Inanovate's clinical diagnostic systems are designed to move the healthcare industry’s focus away from expensive, painful and often ineffective late stage cancer treatment, towards early stage diagnosis and lower impact, lower cost therapies. Inanovate has extensive protein arraying capabilities, housing fully automated sample handling systems, multiple state of the art protein arrayers, and multiple array and well based scanning and analysis systems. Inanovate owns excusive rights to a unique method of biomarker discovery, developed at Harvard Medical School, and based on a unique and proprietary reverse capture assay procedure for the rapid and accurate screening of auto-antibody biomarkers. Inanovate has developed this system into a sophisticated biomarker screening platform called the i-Assay.™ Inanovate's pre-clinical protein research systems offer protein researches more accurate, more reliable, and more cost and time effective tools for studying protein interactions and identifying new biomarkers for diagnostic, therapeutic and prognostic applications.
