David Ure, Chairman and Founder: Mr. Ure is Inanovate’s founder and Chairman; he is also a co-inventor of the Longitudinal Assay Screening technology. He works closely with Kamran (Inanovate CEO) to help coordinate all aspects of the Company’s execution, including the development and implementation of Inanovate’s products and operating infrastructure. Mr. Ure was previously an entrepreneur in the financial consulting industry and has spent the last twenty years in executive roles within Life Science and management consulting industries. Mr. Ure holds a Bachelor of Science with honors in Astrophysics, a Master of Science with Distinction in Radiation Physics from the University of Birmingham, U.K., and an MBA Summa Cum Laude, from Babson College, US.

Kamran Tahamtanzadeh, Chief Executive Officer: As CEO, Kamran is responsible for defining and implementing corporate strategy, and for developing, leading and managing key partnership, investor and strategic relationships. Previously, Kamran was CEO of EpiCELONA, LLC a Bay-Area based healthcare focused management consultancy and investor relations firm, Chief Commercial Officer at Exosomics S.p.A. ( Acquired by Lonza Therapeutiucs), and founding CEO at PrognosDx Health, Inc, a pioneering precision medicine- Epigenetics platform company addressing molecular profiling challenges in the field of oncology. Prior to these roles, Kamran held various corporate and business development roles within translational medicine field.  Kamran is an internationally recognized business executive with a comprehensive domain knowledge in the Proteomics field. Kamran holds a B.A. degree in Molecular Genetics from University of Cal at Berkeley.

James Oury: Partner, Oury Clark Chartered Accountants, and founder Oury Clark Solicitors. James works closely with many growing biomedical companies, and is a Director on the Boards of Gene Solutions LLC and Aptamer Group. James is a dual-qualified practicing solicitor and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the International Bar Association. Previously Co-founder, General Counsel, and Director of DNA Electronics Limited.

Michael Goldstein, M.D, M.M: Co-director of the cornea service and assistant professor at New England Eye Center/Tufts Medical Center. MBA from the Kellogg. Dr. Goldstein has authored 8 textbook chapters and has over 30 peer-reviewed publications. Currently serves as President of the Massachusetts Society of Eye Physician and Surgeons and President of CLAO. Dr. Goldstein also consults to the biotechnology sector in the development of new drugs and devices.

Peter Los: Managing Director, Anavatos Partners and Mount Royal Ventures. Peter has over ten years experience investing in and working with emerging companies, including at American Aerogel where he lead business development activities. Previous experience includes specialty commercial lending and construction management. He serves on the Boards of American Aerogel and the Rochester Angel Network.

David Arslanian: Vice President of Integration Strategy for Pointroll; previously President and COO of Rovion, and co-founder, Inanovate, Inc. Senior corporate strategist and deal architect with a proven record of founding and funding early stage technology companies, and identifying and negotiating private mergers. MBA Babson College.

George Holmes: 41 years experience in international development and entrepreneurship while living for 15 years in Eastern Europe and Africa. Among a number of projects, George was an early investor and senior executive based in Budapest for both LogMeIn and Scala, each going public on the Nasdaq and Amsterdam exchanges respectively. Early investor and consultant with Innovate. Founder/principal with Coldwave—novel ultra cold, container storage/transport system.   

Blaine Crissman: President and a Founding Partner of South Dakota Equity LLC. South Dakota Equity is a private equity firm that invests equity in a collaborative approach with management teams and co-investors. The equity investments are available to support growth in companies seeking to expand existing operations in, or relocate to, South Dakota.
